Our Methodology

Our search process is based on a structured and systematic approach, which is proactive, detailed and target oriented. This process begins with understanding the client’s needs and goes all the way to post Recruitments follow-up with both client and candidate. Just like any other player in our line of business, we do have access to all available job portals but we scarcely rely on these avenues to find out the right candidate for our esteemed clients. Because of our first-hand experience and from the experience gained through discussions with pioneers in the Recruitments industry, we have learnt that the job seekers on these portals are passive seekers. The majority of the time would either make objectionable excuses to appear for the interview or refuse the final offer on non sensible grounds, if they get any. As a result we and our clients both end up wasting their respective time and faith in our engagements. So we use these web portals for initial point of contact and from there we start doing the referencing and get the handle of the right talent we are looking for.
